Eligibility Criteria for UP NHM Recruitment :

• Educational Qualification :
• For ANM : Certified diploma in Nursing/Midwife by any recognized institute approved by Nursing/Midwife Council of State/GoI Registration from State Nursing /Midwife Council.
• For Staff Nurse : 3 Year 06 Month Certified diploma in General Nursing or BSc Nursing by any
  recognized Institute approved by Nursing Council of the State/GoI. Registration from State Nursing Council.
• For PRO : Post Graduate Degree/Diploma in Psychology/Social work/Anthropology/Human Development/Business Administration/Public Health or equivalent from university/institute.
• For Lab Technician : Intermediate and Diploma or certified course in Medical Laboratory Technology or equivalent.
• For Lab Attendant : Class 10th.pass.
• Nationality : Indian
• Age Limit : Minimum & Maximum age limit is 18 to 40 years as on 01.01.2017
• Age Relaxation : For OBC Candidates 3 years & For SC/ST Candidates 5 years

Job Location : Uttar Pradesh

NHM Selection Process : Selection will be based on Written Exam & Practical Test.
